Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[64Cu]IS1051 (LEUKOPET) is an investigational, immune-targeted PET radiopharmaceutical developed by iSeek Biopharma. It is a radioactive small-molecule ligand designed to bind specifically to lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1), a leukocyte surface integrin that plays a key role in immune-cell adhesion and migration. By targeting LFA-1 on activated leukocytes, [64Cu]IS1051 enables the non-invasive, real-time visualization and localization of immune cell trafficking at sites of active infection and inflammation. The candidate is being evaluated in the PUREVIEW First-in-Human Phase 1 clinical study to assess its safety, tolerability, biodistribution, and diagnostic utility in patients with suspected bacterial infections.
